Juicy lamb burgers infused with aromatic spices and served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce, these Lamb Tzatziki Burgers are a delicious twist on a classic that will transport your taste buds to Greece.
Tip the bulgur wheat into a pan and cover with water.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Drain the bulgur wheat well in a sieve, pressing out any excess water.
Squeeze and discard the juice from the grated cucumber.
Mix the cucumber into the Greek yogurt with the chopped mint and a little salt to make the tzatziki.
In a bowl, combine the bulgur wheat, lamb mince, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, and seasoning.
Shape the mixture into 4 burgers.
Brush the burgers with a little olive oil.
Fry or barbecue the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Serve the burgers in buns (toasted if desired) with tzatziki, tomatoes, onion, and a few mint leaves.
