These homemade pork wontons are packed with flavor and make for a perfect appetizer or snack. Crispy on the outside and savory on the inside, they are sure to impress your family and friends!
In a bowl, combine the pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, carrots, celery, and spring onions.
Separate the wonton skins.
Place a heaping teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton skin.
Brush water on two borders of the skin, covering 1/4 inch from the edge.
Fold the skin over to form a triangle, sealing the edges tightly.
Pinch the two long outside points of the triangle together.
Heat oil in a frying pan to 450°F (232°C).
Fry 4 to 5 wontons at a time until golden brown.
Drain the fried wontons on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
